The event will be about Marketing and Leadership. Morten Albæk will talk about being a leader in a multinational company in the wind industry, and furthermore of managing a marketing team.

Henrik Andersen will talk about being a leader in Denmark’s biggest company. How do you manage to have a company full of more than half a million motivated employees?

You will get the insight in two very different industries. You will gain knowledge in the differences and similarities between being a leader in a very creative segment(marketing) and a more productive company(ISS).

There isn’t just one way to lead – there are many.
